About The DisposaCone:

The DisposaCone is a low profile, highly visible, compact temporary barricade system that provides a perfect, cost effective solution to literally dozens of applications on construction sites, in industrial work areas, at public events and even around the house. In fact they are perfect as temporary markers at crime scenes or road accidents and are ideal for job site and industrial work site situations where "°ÃƒºÃƒÂ·unsafe areas"°ÃƒºÃ‚ª have to be barricaded off quickly and effectively.

Each DisposaCone comes with two adhesive patches on the base which enables the user to fix the DisposaCone in place on just about any clean, dry, hard surface of metal, glass, concrete or even asphalt. They even stick to most painted surfaces provided they are clean, dry and free of dust or grease. Placed correctly they can withstand rain, wind and all other normal weather elements for up to 4 days constant attack.

As a sustainable, recyclable paper product they"°ÃƒºÃ‚ªre better for the environment than conventional cones and other barricades made from petroleum based products. You simply recycle them with other paper products once you have finished with them.

DisosaCones come flat packed in a package of three (3) cones. You simply remove them from the bag, open them up. Remove the cover on the Butyl Based Adhesive Pad and using your foot for leverage, adhere the product where you want it. It is as simple as that.

Frequently Asked Questions-FAQ'S

Will DisposaCones stick to wet surfaces?
All surfaces should be dry prior to use with DisposaCone.

Will DisposaCones hold up in the rain?
Yes, and depending on the severity of the rain, for between 3 - 4 days. We looked at making them entirely impervious to water (out of plastic) and found that 99.9% of our customers wanted a temporary cone, mandating that the product be made from sustainable materials.
What's that little slot for on the top of every DisposaCone?
Customers told us we needed to have an efficient way to attach warning tape to the product. Take banner tape, run it through the opening on the top of every DisposaCone, tie it off, run the other end through the next DisposaCone, and fully enclose your work area. And, unlike other barricades, because DisposaCones adhere to the surface, the banner tape can't act like a sail and send your cones flying! When properly attached, DisposaCones will not come loose!

What are DisposaCones made of?
Every DisposaCone is made of recyclable paper with two small strips of butyl (tar) adhesive on the base for maximum adhesion

Generally speaking DisposaCones are approximately one third the price of petroleum based cones. If they are lost, misplaced or stolen, the savings are substantial when compared to standard cones. Hereis a typical cost comparison exercise -
