• Two-part trade hinge jig for cutting hinge recesses in doors and frames.
• Durable template in 12mm phenolic plastic.
• Two-part, separates into two lengths with dovetail joint.
• One set up for door and door frame. Don?t need to adjust for repeated doors.
• Four variable apertures.
• For 2 metre doors the hinges are placed 6" down and 9" up and in the middle. Fourth hinge needed for fire doors (355mm /14" down from top of top hinge).
• For doors 16mm to 51mm thick with separate / plant on stops, or thin stops less than 11mm.
• Swivel end plate for 3mm gap at head of door.
• Use with a light-duty plunge router with Collet.
• Supplied with 3 bradawls, 3 edge guides and a 16 mm guide bush.

* Please note for doors over 2000mm the bottom hinge will be higher than 9" up.
