If you find the same product advertised at a lower price by an eligible Australian retailer, let us know and we will review your request.
How Our Price Match Works
If you find an identical product available from another Australian retailer at a lower advertised price, you can submit a price match request for our team to review.
The product must be:
- Identical brand, model, size, colour and specification
- In stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor
- Advertised by an Australian retailer
- New, genuine and not refurbished, used or damaged
- Available at the advertised price at the time of verification
How to Request a Price Match
- Find the product on the VEK Tools website.
- Click the Request Price Match button on the product page.
- Provide the competitor product link and advertised price.
- Our team will review the request and contact you with the outcome.
What We Compare
When reviewing a price match request, we compare the total offer including:
- Product price
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Availability
- Product condition
- Competitor location and legitimacy
Exclusions
Price matching may not apply to:
- Clearance, liquidation, closing down or fire sale items
- Marketplace sellers, auction sites or private sellers
- Used, refurbished, damaged or ex-display products
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Bundled offers, bonus offers, redemption offers or cashback promotions
- Trade account pricing, membership pricing or loyalty discounts
- International sellers or overseas websites
- Products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase
Approval
All price match requests are reviewed by VEK Tools at our discretion.
Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on product availability, supplier pricing, competitor verification and freight costs.
If approved, we may provide a unique discount code, adjusted quote, or draft order with the approved matched price.
Freight and Delivery
Some products may incur additional freight charges due to size, weight, quantity or delivery location.
If freight costs exceed our standard flat rate shipping, a VEK Tools representative will contact you before processing your order.
