BOSTIK Industrial XTREME Fire Seal Fire Rated High Performance MSP Sealant & Adhesive-290ml Cartridge

Bostik Xtreme Fire Seal is a high performance and durable single component fire retardant sealant based on MSP (Modified Silyl - Polymer) technology. Xtreme Fire Seal absorbs movements up to 25% and cures with the aid of atmospheric humidity to form a durable elastic rubber.

Bostik Xtreme Fire Seal can be used for fire resistant sealing of connection and expansion joints in construction, which in case of fire should have fire resistance. Xtreme Fire Seal prevents the spread of fire, smoke and/or toxic gases. Also applicable for horizontal joints and connection of floor/ceiling with walls. Fire resistance has been tested in accordance with AS 1530.4 until 240 minutes in a horizontal and vertical (movement) joint of 30mm wide.
