Lubex Green EP2 grease is a calcium sulfonate complex grease based on mineral oil. Containing antioxidants & corrosion inhibitors, EP and AW structures are built in as an integral part of the grease structure. The functional soap imparts excellent load carrying and superb mechanical stability making Lubex Green EP2 the choice for heavily loaded applications, wet environments and where extended lubrication life is required.

APPLICATION

Lubex Green EP2 grease is a modern high-performance product suitable for both industrial, marine and off-road applications. The extreme load carrying capacity and the excellent water resistance make the product a perfect choice for heavily loaded applications in hot or wet and corrosive environments.

Lubex Green EP2 is suitable for industries such as mining, steel mills, shaker screens, rock crushing, hammer mills, vibration compactors, slew ring bearings, earthmoving, phosphate processing paper manufacturing, fertilizer plant, shipping cranes, acid/alkaline plants, all marine applications, oven conveyors, roto-molding, plastic extrusion and stenter frame bearings. This has successfully been used in hydraulic hammer applications reducing grease inventory. Also, very successful in wheel bearing applications on waste truck wheel bearings subject to high temperatures from excessive braking.
