  • Fast and accurate for doors from 25mm-100mm thick
  • Easy Set Up and Alignment
    • Clamp the jig to your door and align it to ensure the mortise cut is in the centre of the door
    • Clamp can also be used to cut out the lock's faceplate - the jig is supplied with a protective cap to allow this to be done without marking the door
  • Robust jig increases accuracy and speed of mortise cutting
  • Horizontal & Vertical Depth Stops
    • Easily lock the length and depth of cut to ensure there is no damage to the door
  • Suitable For Most Door Materials
    • Use on wood / timber , plank and solid wood doors, hotel doors, security doors, fire doors and modifying door locks etc.
  • Bearing base slide adjustment
  • High Speed Steel Carbide Tipped Cutters
    • Supplied with 18mm, 22mm and 24mm cutters to accommodate the most widely used lock widths
